“For fear of using an overused quote, I’m going to quote Brene Brown. She says in Daring Greatly, ‘Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.’ No matter how many times I read it, no matter how many times I sit with it, it always gives me shivers. That’s one thing that we have decided to do very differently than most larger brands - we’ve decided to let ourselves be seen. What that means is being brave and sharing the bad days. What that means is being brave and sharing the difficulties, the struggle, the grit.”
